Non-Refundable Services:

  • Ongoing campaign management: Ongoing management of paid advertising campaigns and social media channels

Refundable Services (with conditions):

In limited circumstances, a partial refund may be considered for the following:

  • Pre-paid service packages: If you cancel a prepaid service package before any work commences, a prorated refund may be issued.
  • Unsatisfactory results: If, after a good-faith effort on both sides, the delivered work falls demonstrably short of the agreed-upon scope, a partial refund may be considered. This requires clear communication of concerns and a willingness to work collaboratively to find a solution.

Conditions for Refund Consideration:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@growmedico.in within 7 days of receiving the service or encountering the issue.
  • You must provide clear and detailed documentation outlining the reason for your request, including:
    • Specific details of the delivered work you believe falls short of expectations.
    • Documentation and proof with screenshots or videos or messages that support your claims. This could include:
      • Examples of marketing materials or campaigns that did not perform as expected.
      • Communication records demonstrating a lack of responsiveness or collaboration from Grow Medico’s team.
      • Data or analytics that show a clear deviation from agreed-upon goals.

Refund Process:

If your request for a refund meets the outlined conditions, we will review your case and respond within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used within 7-10 business days.

However, the results ultimately depend on the proper coordination between Grow Medico’s Marketing Team and your Clinic’s/ Hospital’s Sales or Tele-Calling Team. We are a Marketing Agency, and our work focuses on strategizing clear communication to target the right audience using multiple platforms. We do not guarantee specific results or participate in “get rich quick” schemes.
