This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply when you use our services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Services

Grow Medico provides marketing services tailored for medical practitioners, focusing on the ethical and responsible creation of medical practices as per Indian regulations and the Medical Council of India (MCI) guidelines. Our services include:

– Website design (adhering to ethical website design principles)

– Paid advertising management (Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising) with transparent budgeting and targeting.

– Tele-calling sales training (compliant with Telemedicine Practice Guidelines and emphasising ethical communication practices).

– Social media management that promotes genuine patient interactions and avoids misleading information.

Data Sequestration

We hold your privacy in high regard. We’ll never share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Authorisation

Using our services, you authorise Grow Medico to pierce necessary accounts and information to give services. We’ll only pierce information essential for delivering the agreed-upon services.

Paid Advertising 

Payment: You agree to pay the set budget for our advertising campaigns directly to the separate platforms (e.g., Google Advertisements, Facebook Advertisements). We’ll provide transparent cost breakdowns and avoid hidden fees.

Campaign Design: We’ll work closely with you, valuing your input, to design ethical and effective campaigns that target the right audience with truthful and educational content. Changes after approval may incur additional costs.

Tele-calling Sales Training

We offer tele-calling deals and training services that enhance your telesales skills while adhering to Indian laws and regulations, including the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by MCI. Our training emphasises ethical communication practices, building trust and transparency with potential patients.

Social Media Management

Our social media operation services ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations. We prioritise building genuine patient relations and fostering a positive online reputation for your practice. We’ll avoid deceptive information and adhere to ethical social media practices.

Photography and Videography Services

Grow Medico doesn’t provide photography or videography services for Google My Business (GMB) rosters or clinic tenures.

GMB Guidelines

You agree to stick to the Google My Business (GMB) guidelines and programs for GMB rosters.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information that is changed during service provision.

Compliance with Indian Laws and Ethical Norms

Our services are conducted according to Indian laws and regulations applicable to marketing conditioning. We also uphold the loftiest ethical norms in our practices, including transparency, integrity, and respect for patient sequestration.

Guaranties and Disclaimers

Grow Medico provides its services “as is” without express or inferred guarantees about its performance or results. We aren’t liable for any damages arising from using our services, including but not limited to the delicacy of customer-handed information used in marketing accoutrements.

Remuneration

You agree to compensate and hold Grow Medico inoffensive from any claims arising from your use of our services, but similar claims do not affect unethical practices on our part.

Term Length and Renewal

This Agreement shall be (duration) unless terminated before as handed herein. The parties may agree to fresh ages upon collective Agreement.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any detention or failure to perform its scores under this Agreement due to causes beyond the Agreement’s suitable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, screams, labour strikes, internet outages, or natural disasters.

Assignment

Either party may only assign this Agreement with the previous spoken concurrence of the other party.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, it shall be removed, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Third-Party Services

Grow Medico may use third-party services to deliver certain aspects of our services (e.g., website hosting). We elect estimable third parties and aren’t responsible for any service interruptions or outages caused by these third parties. Still, we will strive to ensure their ethical practices align with ours.

Disagreement Resolution

In case of any disagreement, we will resolve it amicably through open communication.
